Patient and practitioner are partners in the healing process. Appropriate use of both conventional and alternative methods facilitates the body's innate healing response. Integrative therapy relies upon evidence-based, safe, and effective healing practices, combining ancient wisdom with modern science, modalities from around the world. For 15 yrs Cynthia visited indigenous tribal cultures around the world. Meeting with the Healers and Shamans in these tribal villages, she learned ancient techniques for healing that work with traditional clinical tools.

First through both guided group and individual counseling, Cynthia has saved my life. It’s true I was in a place of severe depression and intense, suicidal thoughts. She has been working with me on examining the impact of my alcohol use, and what it was having on my life, not that my life meant much to me at that point but together we came up with a plan for reducing and ultimately eliminating it from my life, she has a been there night and day when a relapse occurred and I was resistant to have help from anyone for a period of severe mental distress. I am grateful for Cynthia's consistent help support and simply just being in my life.

I’m not sure what’s happening with me but I’m having the biggest growth period of my entire life. I have never ever experienced anything like this. I’m learning so much and changing and realizing it’s an insane process going on in my mind right now. I’m going through massive mental changes with Cynthia. I have never been happier.
